Direct Support Professionals are responsible to provide direct quality services to individuals with disabilities in their own home, work site, or in the community and to promote independence, growth, and development.

Part-time Job Coach is responsible for providing quality supports to individuals with disabilities in their place of community employment promoting skill development, growth, independence, and good employer relations.

Full-Time Assistant Teacher is responsible for providing supportive quality care to children with and without disabilities, promoting safety, health, and well-being, independence, growth, and development for all participants at The Bill Reagan Children’s Center.

Part-time Assistant Teacher is responsible for providing supportive quality care to children with and without disabilities, promoting safety, health, and well-being, independence, growth, and development for all participants at The Bill Reagan Children’s Center.

Bill Reagan Children’s Center Assistant Administrator: The Center Assistant Administrator is responsible for assisting the Center Director with daily onsite operations of the Bill Reagan Children’s Center at The Arc of Southeast Iowa. This is a full-time position. Requirements: Associate degree or Bachelors degree in related area of childhood development OR commiserate combination of education and working experience in early childhood education. Experience working with children diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.

Bill Reagan Children’s Center Lead Teacher: The Lead Teacher is responsible for the care, safety, and education of all children in the classroom as well as fostering the development of program participants, providing professional leadership to daycare staff, and for management of quality service provision. This is a full-time position. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; AA/AS degree in related field with 1-2 years of experience working in a child care center; or commiserate experience including supervisory duties in a child care setting. A child development associate credential is preferred. Experience in creating and implementing early childhood education curriculum.
